Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A valid registered email/username
- Your login credentials (password or SSO access)
- Access to the internet and a supported browser
To start, navigate to login.exxat.com or access the login option from exxat.com.

Scenarios for Exxat School Login Access
Depending on the Exxat applications you have access to, you will see the following platform tiles upon entering your username on the login page of Exxat. Here are the possible scenarios:
- Exxat Prism User Only: After entering your username, you will see only the Exxat Prism tile.
- Exxat Prism and Exxat One User: Both Exxat Prism and Exxat One tiles will appear.
- V3 User Only: Only the V3 tile will be visible.
- V3 and Exxat One User: You will see V3 and Exxat One tiles.
- Exxat Prism(or V4), Exxat One, and V3 User: Exxat Prism and Exxat One tiles will appear on the login page. To access V3, you must navigate to apps.exxat.com directly.
- Non-Prism schools: Will have to fill out a form to request access to the Exxat One platform.
Detailed Login Guide for School Users
Follow the steps below to log in and access each platform and manage your workflows effectively
Step 1: Navigate to the Exxat Login Page

Open a browser and go to login.exxat.com, or visit exxat.com and select Login from the top menu.

Enter your username and click Continue.
Step 2: Access Exxat Prism
- Enter your password: After entering the username, you will be redirected to the password page. Enter your password and click Sign in.
- Locate the Exxat Prism Tile: After entering your password, you will be directed to the landing page where you can see the Exxat Prism tile.
- Click on Continue in the Exxat Prism Tile:
- If you use University SSO Credentials:
You will be redirected to your University’s SSO page. Enter your SSO username and password. Then, click Login to access Exxat Prism. -
If you are not an SSO user:
You will be redirected to your Prism dashboard. -
Forgot Password? If needed, click Forgot Password. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Follow the instructions to reset your password and replicate the above steps to log in.
- If you use University SSO Credentials:
Step 3: Access Exxat One

Locate the Exxat One Tile: On the same landing page, click on Continue as School in the Exxat One tile.
- Exxat One Login: You will be redirected to the Exxat One school dashboard at one.exxat.com/school.

Forgot Password? Click Forgot Password on the Exxat One login page. An email with a reset link will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to reset your password and replicate the above steps to log in.
Step 4: Access V3

Log in to V3: On the same landing page, click on Continue in the V3 tile. You will be redirected to the V3 application dashboard, which is apps.exxat.com.
Accessing All Three Platforms Simultaneously
- If you need to work across Exxat Prism, Exxat One, and V3 at the same time, open each platform in a separate browser tab following the steps above. This allows seamless multi-platform access for efficient workflow management.
Non-Prism Schools
Access to Exxat One
- If you already use Exxat One, you do not need to do anything new to see our availabilities. They will be visible on MM/DD/YY when we go live.
- If you do not have access to Exxat One, please click here to request access to the platform. The Exxat team will provide your credentials once verified.
