Exxat One simplifies faculty schedule management, onboarding, and communication with schools, sites, and students. This guide offers step-by-step instructions for maximizing the platform's capabilities.
Key Features and Functions
1. Adding Faculty to Schedules
- Purpose: Ensure faculty members are assigned to schedules before confirmation.
- Steps:
- Administrators must input faculty details (name and email) in the schedule section.
- An error message will appear if faculty details are missing: “Please add faculty details before confirming the schedule.”
2. Faculty Invitations
- Purpose: Notify the faculty of their schedules and grant access to Exxat One.
- Invitation Email:
- Includes login credentials and instructions for accessing Exxat One.
- Sent upon invitation sent by the administrators.
3. Faculty Login
- Steps to Log In:

- Go to login.exxat.com.
- Enter your school email ID and select "Exxat One."
- Set or use an existing password.
- Access your schedules and onboarding requirements.

If you're a clinical instructor associated with multiple schools on Exxat One, you'll see tiles for each of your associated schools on the Launch Page after logging in. You can select any school tile to proceed and view the schedules assigned to you by that school.
If payment is yet to be completed, a paywall will appear. After successful payment for that school, you will be directly navigated to the Schedule details screen.
4. Schedule and Onboarding Management
- View Student Schedules:
- Faculties have read-only access to assigned schedules.
- View details like student names, site location, duration, and compliance status.

- Search by Availability Name: Instructors can now search for specific schedules using the name of the availability.
- Sites: Filter schedules by the names of the clinical sites.
- Disciplines: Filter schedules based on the discipline of the schedule.
- Onboarding Status: Filter schedules by the overall onboarding status of the associated group.
- Start date and End date: Filter schedules based on the duration of the schedule.
You can efficiently manage their schedules with enhanced search and filtering capabilities on the Schedules and Onboarding screen.
Configure Column Options:
You have the flexibility to tailor your grid view on the View and Track Requests screen. This feature allows you to focus only on the data that matters to you—resulting in a cleaner, more efficient workflow.
Click on the wrench icon at the top right corner of the grid, to open the “Configure Column Options” drawer, where you can perform the following:
- Reorder Columns: Easily rearrange columns to suit your preferred sequence.
- Freeze Columns: Keep key columns visible while scrolling horizontally by pinning them.
- Show/Hide Columns: Toggle the visibility of columns to de-clutter your view.
Reorder Columns
- Use drag-and-drop to rearrange the column order in the configuration panel.
- Alternatively, use the up/down arrow icons next to each column name to adjust their positions.
Freeze Columns
- To keep important columns visible during horizontal scroll:
- Click the pin icon next to the column name.
- Only ordered columns starting from the left in the grid can be pinned.
- Pinned columns will stay fixed while the rest of the grid scrolls.
Show/Hide columns
- To keep the desired columns visible in the grid:
- Use the eye icon to control the visibility of each column.

- Faculties can view, upload documents, and fulfill site-specific requirements.
6) Messaging Features
- Purpose: Enable effective communication between faculties, students, and sites.
- Capabilities:
- Send group messages to students and sites.
- Directly message individual students.
