Activities Dashboard
The Activities Dashboard gives you a quick view of the health of your requests and schedules, highlights items that need action, and provides a live activity feed so you always see the latest events.
Please note: Every data point on the dashboard is clickable — click a number, chart segment, or card to open the corresponding Requests, and Schedules screen with the appropriate filters already applied.

Summary numbers
Shows counts for requests and schedules in the last 30 days and quick status breakdowns so you can prioritize work:
- Requests Approved: Number of requests approved and the count of approved slots.
- Requests Declined: Number of requests declined and the count of declined slots.
- Schedules:
- Ongoing schedules - Number of confirmed schedules (including both individual and group schedules) currently in progress.
- Upcoming confirmed schedules - Number of upcoming confirmed schedules (including both individual and group schedules).
Upcoming Schedules Overview
A visual overview of upcoming schedules and onboarding status. Use the controls at the top-right of this section to switch views:
- Individual vs Group schedules
- All upcoming or Schedules starting in the next 30 days
For Individual schedules — two pie charts
- Schedule Pipeline Overview:the breakdown of upcoming schedules.
- Confirmed
- Pending Confirmation (To Be Scheduled / Not Confirmed)
- Cancelled
- Onboarding Overview: the breakdown of upcoming schedules by onboarding status.

For Group schedules — three pie charts
- Group Filling Status: the breakdown of group schedules by number of slots filled for a schedule.
- All Slots Filled

- Schedule Confirmation Status: the breakdown of group schedules by confirmation status.
- Confirmed
- Pending Confirmation (To Be Scheduled / Not Confirmed)

Pending Items Overview
Two bar charts that show aging and help surface items needing follow-up.
Request pending approval (request aging)
A request-aging bar graph that groups requests that are Request Pending or Review in progress into:
- Less than 7 days
- 7–15 days
- 16–30 days
- More than 30 days
Schedules pending confirmation (schedule aging)
The Schedules Pending Confirmation chart provides a visual breakdown of schedules based on how long they have been awaiting confirmation.
From this chart:
Each bar represents a group of schedules categorised by confirmation-pending duration
Selecting a bar navigates directly to the Schedules grid
The corresponding Confirmation Pending Duration filter is automatically applied
This enables users to move seamlessly from high-level insights to detailed schedule review without manually searching or filtering.
Other items that need attention
Quick view of key items that often require action:
- Group faculty not scheduled yet: count of upcoming group schedules where no faculty / clinical instructor has been assigned.
- Faculty pending compliance: number of faculty/clinical instructor who have outstanding onboarding items.
- Students awaiting first login: number of students who have not yet logged in to Exxat One to view their schedules.
- Faculty awaiting first login: number of faculty (in case of group schedules) who have not yet logged in to view their schedules.
Recent Activities — Live feed
A chronological feed of recent events related to your requests and schedules. Activities include
- New Request created — when you submit a new slot request.
- Request Approved / Declined / Cancelled — status changes for your requests.
- Schedule Updated / Confirmed / Cancelled — lifecycle events for schedules.
Click any activity entry to open the related record or the filtered list in the appropriate screen.
