It brings together search, saved opportunities, recommendations, and network insights in one place so you can efficiently manage placements.

| Getting Started |
Before you begin, here are a few important things to know:
- The Home Dashboard is the default landing page after login
- You can access it anytime using the Home (🏠) icon
- Search filters are pre-filled based on your school details
- Recommendations depend on available rotation and student data
- Most elements on the dashboard support quick navigation to detailed views

Accessing the Home Dashboard
- Go to the left-hand menu
- Click the Home (🏠) icon
- Expand the menu using the hamburger (☰) icon if needed
Dashboard Banner (Updates & Announcements)
At the top of the Home Dashboard, you will see a dynamic banner section used to highlight important updates, announcements, or actions.
This section may include:
- New feature announcements
- Product updates or highlights
- Important reminders or calls to action
- Navigation shortcuts (e.g., Explore Job Opportunities)

Searching and Exploring Availabilities
Use the search bar at the top to find availabilities:
- Where – Defaults to locations near your school
- Site – Select one or more sites
- Date Range – Choose placement dates (optional)
- Discipline & Specialisation – Pre-selected based on your program
- Click Search to view results on the Explore page
If no date range is selected, all relevant availabilities will be shown.
Saved Availabilities (My Bookmarks)
The My Bookmarks option allows you to quickly access availabilities you have saved during previous searches.
To access saved opportunities:

Click My Bookmarks from the Home Dashboard

You will be taken to the saved opportunities view
In this view, you can:
- See all bookmarked availabilities in a list format
- View key details such as:
- Site name and location
- Availability dates
- Disciplines and programs
- Identify important indicators such as:
- Payment Required
- Overdue items
- Quickly open any availability to view details or take action
You can also:
- Remove a bookmark directly from the list
- Navigate to the full availability details page
- Continue the placement process (e.g., review and request slots)
This section helps you revisit and act on opportunities without searching again.
Explore All on Map
The Explore All on Map option on the School dashboard redirects users to the Explore page, where they can search and discover availabilities across the Exxat One network.
Users can:
- Search and filter opportunities by Location, Date Range, Site, Discipline, and Specialisation
- View availabilities on an interactive map
- Explore placement opportunities across different regions and states
This helps schools quickly identify opportunities that match their placement needs.
Recommended Availabilities
The Recommendations for Upcoming Rotations section helps identify placement opportunities for unassigned students.
Each rotation card shows:
- Rotation name and duration
- Course details
- Students placed vs. unplaced
You can:

Click View Recommendations to see matched availabilities
- Click See Student-Specific Matches for student-level recommendations
Recommendations are based on:
- Rotation timelines
- Travel distance
- Discipline and specialization
For Prism-integrated schools:
- Recommendations use student, course, and rotation data
For non-Prism schools:
- Recommendations are based mainly on location and distance
Availability Landscape
The Availability Landscape provides a visual map of availabilities across the network.
- Displays a colour-coded U.S. map
- Shows availability density by region
- Darker areas indicate higher availability
You can:
- Zoom in and out
- Hover over regions to view counts
- Identify areas with more placement opportunities
Get Help and Notifications
At the top-right corner:
- Help - Access product education and support
- Chat - Start a live chat
- Announcements - View release updates
- Notifications - Track recent activity
- Ask Leo - Chat with the assistant
