| Getting Started |
- Navigate to the Reports icon from the left menu
- The Reports page displays all available reports with category and description
- Click on any report name to open it
- Use search, filters, and column configuration to refine your view

Filtering
- Filters are available at the top of each report
- Use dropdowns to refine data based on report-specific parameters
- Use Add Filter to apply additional advanced filters
Sorting
- Click column headers to sort:
- First click → Ascending
- Second click → Descending
- Third click → Remove sorting
Sorting is available across:
- Date fields
- Numeric fields
- Name-based fields
Configure Columns
- Click Configure Columns to:
- Show or hide columns
- Reorder columns
- Freeze (pin) columns for easy viewing
This helps customise the report layout based on your workflow.
Export Reports
- Click Export to download the report data as an Excel file
