Student Login Guide to Exxat One

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help students log in to Exxat One, access their confirmed schedules, and complete onboarding requirements. The login process is tailored based on your school's platform and credentials.

Login Process

Step 1: Receive an Email Invitation

Once your school confirms you on a schedule, you will receive an email invitation from Exxat with a link to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the Login Page

Click on the provided link in the email to be redirected to the Exxat login page or manually visit login.exxat.com.

Step 3: Login Steps Based on School Type

For Non-Prism School Students

• On the login page, enter your username and click Continue.
  
  • You will be directed to the password page.

  • Enter your password and click Login to access Exxat One.

    
     

    • Forgot Password? If needed, click on Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset your password, and replicate the above steps to log in.

      
       

For Prism Schools with Exxat Credentials

• On the login page, enter your username and click Continue.
  
   
• You will be redirected to the password page.

• Enter your password and click Sign In.

  

• You will be directed to a landing page with two tiles: Exxat Prism and Exxat One.

• Click Continue on the Exxat One tile to log in to Exxat One.

  
   

  • Forgot Password? If needed, click on Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset your password and replicate the above steps to log in.

    

    
    

For Prism Schools with University SSO Credentials

• On the login page, enter your university username and click Continue.

  
   

• You will be redirected to the university SSO page. 
• Enter your SSO username and password.
• You will be directed to a landing page with two tiles: Exxat Prism and Exxat One. 

• Click Continue on the Exxat One tile to log in to Exxat One.

  
   

  • Forgot Password? If needed, click on Forgot Password. Follow the instructions to reset your password and replicate the above steps to log in.

    
     

For V3 Users

• Enter your username and click Next.

  
   

• You will be redirected to the password page. 

• Enter your password and click Sign in.

  

   

  • You will be directed to a landing page with two tiles: V3 and Exxat One.

  • To access Exxat One, click Continue on the Exxat One tile to log in to Exxat One.

    
     

  • Click on the Forgot Password option if needed to reset your password.
