Getting Started with Exxat One

Exxat One helps students connect with clinical opportunities. This guide walks you through how to sign up for Exxat One, access your account, and complete your profile setup.

Before beginning the sign-up process, make sure you have:

• Access to your email inbox
• Your Exxat Prism credentials (if applicable) 
• Your resume or CV for profile setup (optional)

Signing Up Using Exxat Prism

If you already use Exxat Prism with the same email address, you can use your existing credentials to access Exxat One.

Steps to Sign Up Using Exxat Prism

1. Open the Exxat One Log-In page. 
2. Click Join Exxat One Network (Sign-Up page). 
   • Exxat One Sign-Up page Link

3. Enter your school email address. 
4. Select Sign-Up with Exxat Prism when prompted. 
5. Log in using your Exxat Prism username and password. 
6. Review the imported profile information. 
7. Continue to complete your Exxat One profile. 

Information Imported from Exxat Prism

The following information may automatically sync from Exxat Prism:

• Personal information 
• Contact details 
• Education details 
• Clinical experience 
• Work experience 
• Skills and certifications 

You can edit or update the imported information later from your Profile section.

Accessing an Existing Exxat One Account

If you already have an Exxat One account created by your school or institution, you do not need to sign up again. You can log in using your existing account credentials and proceed with profile setup.

Steps to Access Your Account

1. Open the Exxat One Log-In page. 
2. Enter your school email address. 
3. Use the temporary password shared by your institution. 
4. Log in to access your dashboard. 
5. Navigate to the Profile section to complete your profile. 

If You Did Not Receive Login Details

• Check your spam or junk email folders. 
• Contact your program coordinator or institution administrator. 

• Reach out to Exxat Support if required.

   

Creating a New Exxat One Account

If you are new to Exxat and do not have an existing account, you can create a new Exxat One account.

Steps to Create a New Account

1. Open the Exxat One Log-In page. 
2. Click Join Exxat One Network (Sign-Up Page). 
   • Exxat One Sign-Up Link
3. Enter your email address and click Continue. 

4. A verification email will be sent to your inbox. 
5. Open the email and click the verification link to continue the sign-up process. 
6. Create your password. 

7. Enter the required account details, including: 
   1. First Name 
   2. Last Name 
   3. Discipline 
   4. Graduation Month 
   5. Graduation Year 
8. Click Create Your Account. 

9. Once your account is created, proceed to complete your profile setup.

Adding a Secondary Email Address

You can add a personal secondary email address during or after sign-up. This helps maintain account access even after your school email becomes inactive.

Setting Up Your Profile

After accessing or creating your account, complete your Exxat One profile to receive relevant opportunity recommendations and build your professional presence.

You can complete your profile using either of the following methods:

• Importing your resume 
• Building the profile manually 

Importing Your Resume

Exxat One can automatically extract profile information from your uploaded resume.

Steps to Import Your Resume

1. Navigate to the Profile section. 
2. Select Import Resume. 
3. Upload your resume file. 
4. Review the extracted details. 
5. Edit or update information if needed. 
6. Save your profile. 

Supported file formats may include PDF and Word documents.

Building Your Profile Manually

You can also create your profile manually by entering information section by section.

Profile Sections

Complete the following sections as applicable:

• Personal Information 
• Professional Summary 
• Education 
• Clinical Experience 
• Work Experience 
• Skills 
• Certifications 

You can update your profile information at any time after setup.

Using Multiple Exxat Applications

If you have access to multiple Exxat applications, such as Exxat Prism and Exxat One, you can use the same credentials to authenticate.

After logging in, you may be able to choose the application you want to access based on your permissions and available products.
