Student Payment for Unlocking Schedules

Overview

In some cases, sites may require students to pay for access to their schedules. If your school or the site does not cover the cost, you can now make the payment directly through Exxat One to unlock your schedule. This allows you to view all schedule details and continue with onboarding without any delays.

Identifying Payment-Required Schedules:

1. A Locked Tag will appear on schedule cards where payment is required.
2. A Pay Now button will be visible on the schedule card.

Making a schedule Payment:

1. On the My Schedules screen, schedules requiring payment will display a Locked status tag on the schedule card. Payment is required to unlock the schedule details and access onboarding requirements.
2. Click the Pay Now button on the schedule card to initiate the payment process.
3. Complete Payment via Stripe:
   • You will be redirected to Stripe, a secure payment gateway.
   • Enter your payment details and complete the transaction.
4. Unlock Your Schedule:
   • After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to Exxat One.
   • The schedule will now be unlocked, allowing you to view all schedule details and onboarding requirements.

This feature offers flexibility, ensuring you can access your schedules even if the site or school does not cover the payment.

Payment Capability for Consortium Students to Unlock Schedules

• Students from consortium schools can now make a one-time payment to unlock schedules at sites within the consortium, in case the site and school are not covering the payment on behalf of you.
• Once payment is made, you gain access to schedule details and onboarding requirements of all the schedules within the consortium.
