Student Onboarding - Payment Guide

This guide explains how students can complete payments in Exxat One to unlock schedules and access onboarding requirements. Depending on the setup, payments may apply to individual schedules or multiple schedules within a consortium.

Make Payments

In some cases, sites may require students to pay to access their schedules. If the cost is not covered by your school or the site, you can complete the payment directly through Exxat One to unlock your schedule and proceed with onboarding.

Identifying Payment-Required Schedules

On the My Schedules screen:

• Schedules that require payment will display a Pay and Unlock button
• The payment amount is shown clearly on the left side of the button
• Additional indicators, such as Payment Pending, Due Date, or Overdue, may also be visible on the schedule card

These elements indicate that payment is required to unlock the schedule and access onboarding details.

Payment Scenarios

Individual Schedule Payment

If the schedule is not part of a consortium:

• Each schedule appears as a separate card
• Payment must be made individually for each schedule
• Click Pay and Unlock on the respective schedule card to proceed

Consortium-Based Payment (Multiple Schedules)

If you have schedules within the same consortium:

• They appear as stacked/grouped cards
• A one-time payment applies to all schedules within that consortium
• Click View Details to review and proceed

Once the payment is completed, all schedules within the consortium are unlocked together.

Making a Payment

1. On the My Schedules screen, locate a schedule with the Pay and Unlock button
2. Review the amount displayed on the left side
3. Click Pay and Unlock to proceed

4. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway (Stripe)

5. Enter your payment details and complete the transaction

After Payment

• You will be redirected back to Exxat One
• The schedule will be unlocked automatically
• You can now:
  • View full schedule details
  • Access and complete onboarding requirements
