First, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and thank each DPT and PTA program who has participated in the Exxat One pilot thus far. We at Exxat are thankful for the feedback, encouragement, and thought leadership from our school partners that has made this pilot a success. We will continue to improve our processes and your experience in the platform on an ongoing basis, so this is truly just the beginning! Please forgive the very long e-mail there is a lot of information here, but it is all important!
Removal of Academic Institution Fees for Non-Exxat Users: After many conversations and deliberation, we have made an update to our pricing model for Exxat One. We originally were going to charge a $1000 annual fee for schools starting in 2025 for those who were not already Exxat users however, we have decided to remove the $1000 annual fee for ALL academic programs regardless of if you are an Exxat user or not.
Student Fees: The student fee will not change. Students will be charged a one-time $40 fee after their first placement. There have been a lot of questions surround the student onboarding process. We are continuing to work on the logistics of this process but will keep you updated and give you advanced notice on the process before it is instated. There will be an option for the $40 student fee to either be school-pay or student-pay and that will be setup per program when that feature comes available.
Upcoming Training Webinars: We will continue with consistent updates and enhancements to features on Exxat One. We will be hosting monthly webinars starting in June to review those updates as well as best practices.
