Welcome Instructions - Week of 2/26

We are proud to announce the beta launch of Exxat One for DPT and PTA programs is finally here! This beta launch is only the beginning of what this platform will continue to grow into, and we are thankful for your partnership in making it a place that works for all parties involved in clinical education! We hope that you take the next few days and weeks to familiarize yourself with the system and have provided some resources to help.

Please review all the following resources and join us for office hours (more details on office hours below) after doing so if you have any additional questions on how to use the platform. If you have questions outside of how certain functions work or how to perform specific tasks, please email the following groups: 

Getting started with Exxat One: 

Landing page for all Exxat One resources - You will find FAQs, help documents, etc. that will continue to be updated for the days and weeks to come. 

Getting logged in – This is a guide for all user types on how to gain access to the platform. Start here!

School Administrator Exxat One User Guide- This is a one stop document full of resources on how to use Exxat One this includes a link to a video guide with best practices as well.

Companies participating in Exxat One’s beta launch: ATI, PRN, Concentra, Upstream Rehabilitation, Confluent Health (select brands only), Therapeutic Associates, Ivy Rehab, and CORA.

Export of availabilities – Many have asked for an export of all availabilities posted by the pilot sites in order to be able to share with your students, and we will provide that list on March 1st.
