What’s New in This Release

This release introduces enhancements to improve visibility, performance, and usability across key school workflows. Updates include improved dashboard visualisations for better workload tracking, refined discipline and specialisation selection for more accurate data capture, faster and smoother grid performance, and an enhanced map experience for exploring availabilities more efficiently.

Dashboard Widget Enhancement (Stacked Graph View)

The School Activity Dashboard has been enhanced to provide clearer visibility into pending requests and schedules through improved stacked graph visualisations.

Both the Requests Pending Approval and Schedules Pending Confirmation graphs now display a stacked view, helping you better understand the breakdown of items within each ageing bucket.

• The Requests Pending Approval graph now shows a stacked breakdown of:
  • Request Pending
  • Review in Progress
• The Schedules Pending Confirmation graph now shows a stacked breakdown of:
  • To Be Scheduled
  • Not Confirmed
• Each stacked segment is clickable, directing you to the corresponding filtered list view.
• Counts update dynamically when toggling between Individual and Group views.
• Provides clearer insight into workload distribution within each ageing category.

This enhancement allows you to quickly identify where action is needed and prioritise approvals or confirmations more effectively.

Discipline & Specialisation Field Enhancement

Discipline and Specialisation are now captured as two separate fields across school workflows to improve accuracy and clarity during selection.

For every discipline selected, you must select at least one specialisation (if specialisations exist for that discipline).

• Specialisations must be explicitly selected for each chosen discipline
• Specialisations are filtered based on selected discipline(s)
• At least one specialisation is required per applicable discipline
• “Select All” and “Clear All” options are available while selecting specialisations within a discipline
• Improved validation supports more accurate data capture and reporting

Improved Performance Across Grid Views

Performance has been improved across all school-side grid views to provide a smoother and more responsive experience while navigating and interacting with lists.

The underlying grid component has been upgraded to enhance loading behaviour and interaction speed.

• More seamless interaction while filtering, searching, and navigating
• All existing functionality remains intact

Improved Map Experience While Exploring Availabilities

The map experience on the Explore & Apply for Availability page has been enhanced to provide smoother and faster interaction.

When you zoom in or zoom out on the map, the list of availabilities displayed in the side panel automatically updates to reflect opportunities within the visible map area. This interaction is now significantly faster and more responsive.
