A new Jobs experience has been introduced in Exxat One, enabling students to discover and apply for opportunities directly within the platform. This enhancement brings together job discovery, application, and profile management into a single, streamlined workflow.

Profile Creation & Import

Students can now create their profiles quickly and seamlessly within Exxat One, making it easier to get started with job discovery and applications.

• Students with an existing Prism account can import their profile directly, with key details pre-populated 
• Imported information can be reviewed and edited at any time within Exxat One 
• New students can upload their resume to automatically populate profile details or choose to enter information manually 

This enhancement reduces setup time and helps students complete their profiles faster for better job matching and recommendations.

Job Discovery & Search

Students can now explore opportunities through a dedicated Jobs module with Discover and My Jobs views. The Discover page serves as the starting point for finding relevant roles, combining powerful search with intelligent recommendations.

Key capabilities include:

• Search by job title, keywords, employer/site, and location 
• Quick search categories (e.g., PT Jobs, Outpatient Jobs, Residency Programs) for faster access to common roles 
• Centralised experience to discover opportunities through both search and recommendations 

Personalized Recommendations

Job recommendations are tailored based on the student’s profile, discipline, and preferences, helping surface the most relevant opportunities without manual search.

• Recommendations are dynamically generated based on profile details and activity 
• Match indicators (e.g., Good Match) help students quickly assess job relevance 
• Career preference prompts (interests, goals) further improve recommendation accuracy over time 

This enables students to easily discover opportunities that align with their background and interests.

Job Exploration

Students can review and explore jobs in a structured and flexible way before applying, allowing them to make informed decisions.

This includes:

• A list and detail view layout, where students can browse job cards and view details side-by-side 
• Ability to refine results using search and available filters 
• Continuous access to the search bar for quick updates to results 
• Role overview, requirements, and organisation details 
• AI-powered job summary and recommended preparation 

This experience allows students to efficiently browse, compare, and evaluate multiple opportunities before applying.

Job Application

Students can apply directly within Exxat One through a simple and guided process.

• Select or upload a resume 
• Complete any required application details 
• Submit applications within the platform 

Note: Some jobs may redirect to an external system (ATS) based on employer requirements.

Application Management

The My Jobs section helps students track and manage their applications in one place.

• Drafts – Incomplete applications 
• Saved – Bookmarked jobs 
• Applied – Submitted applications 

Document Library

A centralised document repository allows students to manage and reuse files across applications.

• Upload and store documents (e.g., resumes) 
• Reuse previously uploaded files 
• Search, download, or delete documents 

Profile Management

Students can build and maintain a comprehensive professional profile to improve job matching.

• Includes personal details, education, experience, skills, and more 
• Profile completion indicator to track progress 
• Option to download profile as PDF 

Profile & Account Settings

Students can manage personal information and account preferences directly within the platform.

• Update profile details, email, password, and emergency contact information 
• Control notification preferences for account activity and job updates 
• Access account status and data privacy information
