Prism Integration

Overview

Schools integrated with Exxat Prism can seamlessly transfer schedules from Exxat One into Prism for additional placement, rotation, and course management activities.

The integration helps eliminate duplicate data entry and provides visibility into which schedules have already been processed in Prism.

Getting Started

To process schedules in Prism:

1. Navigate to Schedules and Onboarding.
2. Land on the All Schedules Tab.
3. Review the Prism Process Status column.
4. Select Add Schedules to Prism in the upper-right corner of the page.
5. Complete the required Prism workflow to process eligible schedules.

Tracking Schedule Processing

The Prism Process Status column helps you monitor the status of schedules being transferred to Prism.

Available statuses include:

• To Be Added – The schedule has not yet been processed into Prism.
• Added to Prism – The schedule has been successfully transferred and is available in Prism.

This allows you to quickly identify schedules that still require processing and track completed transfers.

What Happens Next?

Once a schedule has been added to Prism, you can continue managing placements, rotations, and other course-related activities within Prism while maintaining schedule information in Exxat One.
