What’s New in Exxat One?
Exxat One released a major update on September 16, 2024. Following are the details:
Confirm Students on a Schedule
We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances how you manage student placements on Exxat One. With this update, you'll find a more streamlined process for confirming student schedules. Here's what you can now do:
School Confirmation
Schools can now confirm student access to view schedules.
The new status column in your schedule list provides an at-a-glance view of the student placement status:
- To be Scheduled: After a site approves your slot request, the status will be "To be scheduled", provided you had not included student profile while making that slot request.
- Not Confirmed: Once you assign a student to an approved slot or had included student details in the slot request, the status changes to "Not confirmed”.
- Confirmed: You can now confirm the student on the schedule, updating the status to "Confirmed."
The confirmed students will now receive an email with an invitation link to log in and gain access to their schedule details.

Payment Features
This section provides enhancements related to Payment Features.
Schedule Payment
Students can now make payments through Exxat One to secure their schedules. Post the payment, the student now has access to the confirmed schedules and the related onboarding requirements.
Onboarding Requirements Fulfilment
This section provides enhancements related to Onboarding Requirements Fulfilment.
Onboarding Status Visibility
Students can now view their schedule onboarding status with our new enhancement.
- Non-compliant: The schedule status, reflecting that all the onboarding requirements are not fulfilled or approved yet.
- Compliant: Once all the onboarding requirements are fulfilled and approved, the student schedule status changes to “Compliant”.
Onboarding Requirements Overview
Students can now see a detailed list of onboarding requirements, their status, and an aggregated summary of the number of requirements by status (for example, need attention, pending review and approved) for each schedule.
Requirement Guidelines and Submission
Students can view requirement guidelines and fill, upload, attest, or decline the required fields.
As you complete your onboarding tasks, you will see your requirement-level statuses update in real-time, from "Get Started" to "Pending Review" and ultimately to "Approved" or "Not Approved", giving you full visibility into your compliance progress.
Note: The review and approval of the onboarding requirements will be done by the Exxat Onboarding Review team.
Re-fill Expired or Unapproved Requirements
Students can re-fill onboarding requirements that are expiring, expired, or not approved.
Onboarding Visibility
This section provides enhancements related to school visibility throughout the onboarding journey of the student.
Schedule status visibility
Schools can view the overall student schedule status as “Non-compliant” or “Compliant” in the status column of the “Schedule and Onboarding” screen.
In case of group availabilities, the schedule status becomes “Compliant”, only when all the students of the group are “Compliant”. Schools can view the schedule status of each student part of the group. Along with the status of the students, the school users can also view the status of the group.
Onboarding Requirement-specific status
Schools can view the approval status of onboarding requirements of the students of a group and that of each individual scheduled student as well.
Schools have full visibility during the onboarding and review process of the student compliance and can send reminders to students through messages regarding fulfilment of onboarding requirements.
Faculty Assignment for Group Placements
Schools can now assign faculty for group placements, streamlining the placement process.
Message Center
Students can send messages to sites concerning their schedules. This will help in improved communication.
