This release of Exxat One delivers enhancements for school users including increased onboarding visibility, new search capabilities, and easier filtering and tracking of requests.

Search by ID—Faster Access Across Screens
- You can now search by:
- Request ID on View and Track Requests screen.
- Schedule ID on the Schedules & Onboarding screen.
Experience Type on View and Track Requests
- Experience Type is now a column and an available filter on the View and Track Requests screen.
Map View State Filter Enhancements
- On the Explore and Apply Map View you can single-select state in the filter and the map will zoom in on that state and highlight it.
Onboarding, Ongoing & Offboarding
Quick Access to Onboarding Page
An eye icon is now available beside the onboarding status for students and Instructors in the Schedules and Onboarding screen.
New Status Definitions for Onboarding Progress
- Not Started: the requirement has not been started by the student or faculty.
- Some Action Needed: Student or faculty has begun onboarding but not completed.
- Compliant: All onboarding requirements submitted and approved.
Introducing Ongoing and Offboarding Activities
Schools can now view and track Ongoing and Offboarding activities for students and clinical instructors configured by site in addition to onboarding requirements.
- Ongoing: activities which happen during a clinical rotation such as reflections, evaluations, or logbooks.
- Offboarding: activities which happen after a clinical rotation such as exit surveys or end-of-rotation assessments.
Each activity is displayed within the student's schedule view, complete with status, due date, and requirement type, and schools can view the student’s progress for each.

Smarter Schedule Organization
“My Schedules” Now Segregated by Status
Your schedules are now grouped into:
- Upcoming – Rotations that are coming up.
- In-Progress – Rotations that are currently underway.
- Completed – Rotations that have ended.
This helps you easily track what’s ahead, where you are, and what’s done.
New Onboarding Status: “Some Action Needed”
- Displayed when completing onboarding requirements has started but some requirements are still outstanding.
Enhancements for Clinical Instructors (Faculty)
These updates are designed to help clinical instructors and faculty stay informed about student onboarding and progress throughout placements.
Here’s what’s new for you!
Smarter Onboarding Statuses
New Statuses: “Not Started” & “Some Action Needed”
- Not Started: The student hasn’t begun any onboarding requirements yet.
- Some Action Needed: The student has started onboarding but hasn’t finished all requirements.
- Compliant: All onboarding requirements are complete and approved.
These onboarding statuses are also applicable to the clinical instructors based on their state of onboarding.
Quick Access to Student Onboarding Details
New Eye Icon for Fast Navigation
- A new eye icon
appears next to the onboarding status of each student. Clicking it takes you to the student’s onboarding requirements.
This eye icon also appears next to your onboarding status for you to click and view your onboarding requirements.
Introducing Ongoing & Offboarding Activities
Support Beyond Onboarding
The ability to view activities for the student throughout and after rotations.
- Ongoing Activities: happening during rotations such as mid-rotation evaluations, reflections, or progress check-ins.
- Offboarding Activities: happening after rotations end such as end-of-rotation surveys, exit assessments, or final documentation.
Full You can now view each student’s ongoing and offboarding activities within their schedule. For each student you can view due dates, document status, and if the student has all assigned forms.
If ongoing and offboarding activities are configured for Clinical Instructors, you will also be able to view and fulfill your assigned activities.
