Expanded School Roles
To support broader academic operations and governance needs, we’ve introduced a new read-only role at the school level. This allows institutions to separate administrative control from oversight access, ensuring transparency without compromising data integrity.
Existing Roles
- School Admin Full access to manage all school-level data, including users, programs, placements, and academic configurations.
- Faculty/Clinical Instructor Access to view and manage assigned students, participate in scheduling, and fulfill compliance requirements.
New Role
- Read-Only School Admin Provides view-only access to school-level information. Access to:
- Requests Sent
- Schedules
- Student and faculty compliance
